Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped special delivery within 3 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched, if you require a tracking number please contact info@cortili.co.uk.

UK orders: 3-5 working days. £3.95. Free shipping over £150.

International Orders: 3-7 working days. £15. Free shipping over £300.

International customers please note: if you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.

RETURNS

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.

We will not refund the initial shipping cost, the return-shipping cost, or import duties and tax costs (if you live outside the EU). In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
